Sleigh Rides Near Jackson Hole

An Authentic Wyoming Ranch Experience

Private bookings available

Dinner Sleigh Rides

2-3.5 Hours

Evening ride through the ranch as the light fades over the Gros Ventre Mountains. You can help harness the horses, or just settle in under our warm blankets for a peaceful ride through private ranch meadows under the alpenglow.

All meals are thoughtfully prepared featuring Little Jennie Ranch beef and many locally sourced products and produce that highlight the amazing diversity of western Wyoming’s farm and ranch life. The sleigh ride dinner is a 4 course meal that is prepared exclusively for our dinner sleigh ride guests, by trained chefs, with an attention to detail that will elevate an already unique and authentic experience.

Some nights there are cowboy stories and cards, while some nights it’s good conversation by the fire and creating life long memories.

Popular for anniversaries, proposals, small groups, or anyone who wants to get away from Jackson for an evening. Private bookings available if you want the sleigh and dinner to yourselves.

Snowmobile & Sleigh Combination

Full Day (Around 6 Hours)

This is our most popular winter combination trip. Morning snowmobile ride into the backcountry, then a cozy lunch at our historic cabin, and then trade the sleds for a horse drawn sleigh ride.

Snowmobiling: We’ll teach you what you need to know, then head out through open meadows and timber. Our guides match the route to your group’s experience level.

Sleigh Ride: After lunch, settle in under blankets and let the horses do the work. We’ll take in the winter landscape, our livestock life,  and make our way around the ranch at a slower pace.

Good for families, couples, or groups who want to pack multiple experiences into one day.

The Views

The Gros Ventre wilderness in the Bridger-Teton National Forest is a beauty to behold. The breathtaking views seem endless in the winter, and the secluded area allows for excellent opportunities to view elusive wildlife. Ready to embark on this unforgettable adventure? Book your sleigh ride today and experience the wonder of winter in Wyoming firsthand!

The Food

You’ll get to enjoy Little Jennie Ranch beef, along with other Wyoming ranches’ and farms’ produce and products, featured in thoughtfully prepared meals made and presented by our chefs. Each meal can be tailored to dietary needs and wants as well as allergies and we can even accommodate younger pickier palates! Please communicate any special food needs in advance.

The Experience

An authentic working cattle ranch, not a show. You’ll see our cowboys working the cattle on horseback, maybe even feeding them with the horse drawn feed sleigh. You can be a part of tacking up the horse team for a sleigh ride and learn a little about our working stock. You can visit our chickens and ducks that provide the ranch with fresh eggs, and be a part of a true working Wyoming ranch. All the while, during your visit, our trusty four legged friends keep everything in order and just so happen to be the best welcoming committee in Wyoming!

The Camp

The Craig Cabin is over 125 years old and is nestled in the backcountry that butts right up to the Bridger Teton wilderness. It’s a working base camp with fire pits, eating spaces, and views of the Gros Ventre Mountains where you can stretch your legs, warm up, and enjoy the quiet pristine Wyoming country.

The Sleigh Team

Our draft horses know this work. They’ve been pulling sleighs through these meadows and feeding cattle with us for years. Steady, reliable, and used to winter conditions. Experienced guides accompany every ride. They know the horses, the land, and how to keep you comfortable and safe. Safety is our highest priority, and our team of guides are medically certified, familiar with the area, and will make sure you feel safe at all times while you have a memorable experience. We’ll put your mind at ease while we glide through Bridger-Teton National Forest backcountry.
