Little Jennie Ranch
The Little Jennie Ranch is not only home to Bondurant Basin Outfitters, but also to an authentic working cattle operation. We live and breathe the western lifestyle from taking guests into the mountains on horseback to working cattle.
The ranch is truly awe-inspiring with 360-degree views of mountainous landscapes. There are rich meadowlands and lush mountain streams nestled in the Bridger-Teton National Forest and the Gros Ventre wilderness. With endless recreational opportunities and limitless connections to the Wild West, this land is perfect for a once-in-a-lifetime Wyoming adventure.

Historic Craig Cabin
The famous Craig Cabin was believed to have been built by an early trapper and his two nephews between 1898 and 1900 and was added to the National Registry of Historic Places in October 2016. Around the year 1902, Jack Craig moved into the cabin and filed a gold claim there. He said he was mining for gold successfully and sold shares in his mine, but there is no proof that Craig ever found gold there. Craig took water from Jack Creek for his mining business, which made local ranchers upset because they had rights to that water.
Around 1940, Craig left the area. Arthur Bowlsby took over the cabin and used it to help tourists get ready for hunting, fishing, and sightseeing trips. The Craig Cabin shows how fur trapping, gold mining, and outfitting were all important ways to make money in the Wild West.
Gros Ventre Wilderness Rides on Horseback
Half-day and full-day horseback riding excursions are available to our Jack Creek Camp. Before stopping for lunch at the historic Craig Cabin, enjoy a morning of riding and sightseeing. Since there is plenty of space to stretch your legs and explore, our base camp is the ideal place to take in the sights and sounds of the Gros Ventre wilderness before returning to Little Jennie Ranch headquarters.
